Death Nyc is a street artist born in 1979 in New York City. Growing up in this city, she comes into contact with many different cultures and perspectives that will make her think and question everything she sees on the street. These experiences, later, will have a great influence on the decision of his stage name and on his artistic production. The artist chooses to remain anonymous, she believes that this gives her more freedom to continue working on the street. He began painting on the walls and floors of famous shops in the Soho and Chelsea area of New York City. It takes the name "DEATH" as an abbreviation of "Don't Easily Abandon The Hope". In his works we find the distortion of iconic figures such as Marilyn Monroe, Kate Moss, President Obama, Mao, who for example represents with a pink bow in his hair and lipstick.
