Pennyboy, pseudonym of Emanuele Pennazza, is an Italian artist born in Rome in 1992. From an early age he manifests a strong attraction to the art world, cultivating this attitude until adulthood. Over the years he began to frequent the underground artistic circles of the capital, as well as studios and workshops of painters and masters. In 2013 he met and established a relationship of friendship with Maestro Giampaolo Berto, who made him discover closely the avant-garde currents contemporary to him, especially those of Italian and American Pop Art.Always in search of pure visual impact, he began to experiment in his works with different elements such as glues, resins and metals, creating installations and paintings that often found arrangement in different nightclubs and Roman discos. The continuous research and experimentation and the strong attraction towards industrial materials, have led the artist to perform his works on raw iron plates, through a new and unique style renamed "Iron Pop Style". Iron, in its sensitive and deformable nature, exponentially reflects any sign to which it is subjected, just like the human soul, violable and indestructible.
