Short Review
The balloon was created by David Shrigley for the now infamous Dismaland, and was only available for purchase to children under the age of 14. Dismaland was a temporary art project organized by street artist Banksy in the seaside resort of Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, England. Prepared in secret, the exhibition was "a disturbing reflection on Disneyland" that opened over the weekend of August 21, 2015 and closed on September 27, 2015, 36 days later.
